
My journey began as King of Wands Wellness and the name, the studio, all of it, will always be a special chapter in my story. King of Wands Wellness, she - as her own little entity in my heart, was the beginning of this adventure, and alongside of me, has grown and evolved. I am rebranding and changing the name of my business to The Nourished Woman.

As far back as I can find in my journals, reflecting on my meditations and goals, and when I get quiet with myself…there has been a recurring theme – nourish. Nourish my body with whole foods, movement, and rest. Nourish my mind by reading, engaging in healthy social media, podcasts, and most importantly beautiful conversations. Nourish my soul with friends and family, music, nature, earth…I could go on and on.

Nourish is all encompassing for me, and that is how I feel about my business. ‘The Nourished Woman’ aligns more deeply with the essence of my intention and my why behind what I am doing and wanting to do.

Nourishing the mind, body, and soul is a profound journey of self-care and self-discovery…feeding your intellect with knowledge and wisdom, staying curious, and continuously seeking personal growth. It can involve taking care of your physical health through nurturing your body with the foods and medicines, movement, and rest, ensuring your body thrives and remains resilient. However, nourishing the soul is equally vital; it's about tending to your inner peace, finding moments of tranquility, connecting with your passions, and nurturing your emotional and spiritual well-being. This holistic approach to well-being is like a beautifully balanced recipe for a fulfilling life, where each element complements the other, creating a harmonious symphony of health and happiness.

I am so thankful for everyone that has supported and cheered me on along the way. I am forever grateful for the experiences and lessons King of Wands Wellness has brought me. Please be patient with me as make changes on my website, email, and socials. I feel full of joy, peace, and leaning into ‘trust’ with this change and continuing down this new path as it unfolds. What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform by using continual, focused and intentional breath patterns with guided support.
It heals the nervous system by taking us out of fight, flight, freeze response and into rest and digest (from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system).
It can heal and repair the nervous system on a cellular level.
Breathwork is an incredible tool for moving unresolved trauma because it helps us to feel safe in our bodies. It allows us to listen to our bodies to process and to let go of that trauma.

Studies have shown breathwork can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression insomnia, PTSD, and ADD.
But it’s not just the biological impact that’s powerful, breathwork is also the quickest way to change our state of being and point of view at any moment.
Adopting the practice connects us with our innate wisdom and brings greater awareness to our self, our life and the decisions we make which leads to overall well-being and happiness.
The breath is free and available to us whenever we need to create harmony and peace in our life.
