Initial Appointment

What to expect:

This will be our initial session together. We will have time to talk comfortably and get to know one another, do an introductory guided breath session, and then come back to conversation. From there we will move forward with a plan, whether it be booking another session or sending you home with some simple breathing exercises. I will provide a safe, confidential space for you to discuss your intention for breathwork. Whether it be trying to let go and navigate through general anxiety, releasing tension, letting go of anger tendencies, supporting yourself through trauma healing and release, encouraging better sleep habits, energizing yourself...Maybe you need help learning to be more gentle or love with yourself or feeling safe in your body. Whether it be building confidence, self care, or maybe you want to build a sacred gratitude practice. Breath is a beautiful tool in almost all aspects of life. Our session together is available online via Zoom or at the Home Studio located in Fort Macleod, Alberta. Please choose your preference during booking registration. Please note: There are two stairs into the entrance of Chantelle's home. The Home Studio is located on the second story. If you have accessibility concerns reaching the second story, Chantelle is able to accomodate the session on the main floor but unfortunately unable to change the access into the home itself. Evening appointments are available on Thursday. If you are looking for an appointment date or time that is not available on the booking calendar, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
