Wreath of Love

Wreaths are part of many ancient traditions dating back to the earliest civilizations. The circle is a symbol of immortality; throughout history, wreaths have been associated with life, rejuvenation, and renewal.

A festive wreath making workshop combining community and intention to celebrate the season. Join us and learn how step by step to craft a beautiful wreath, not woven together with only greenery, but also with love.

It is so important to gather up warm and cozy energy this time of year, to keep our spirits bright when the days are short and I am grateful to partner with nearby local business Petal + Stem. They will be supplying us with gorgeous greenery - cedar, fir, eucalyptus and specialty evergreens - that we will use to create lush, natural wreaths.

Chantelle, of King of Wands Wellness, will guide us through our wreath workshop while setting intentions for the season, reflecting on gratitude, and filling our wreaths with love and abundance. Our purpose is to provide connection to community, spirit and nature.

We will learn about the traditional symbolism of the plants while building our festive wreath. As we add greenery and décor to our creation, we will add intention and love to each piece. We will be manifesting a wreath representative of we want to bring into our homes and lives during this festive season. Gather and enjoy wintery refreshments and sweets while we mindfully create a meaningful token for our holiday season.

Your investment includes:

 + 2.5 - 3.5  hour workshop in the studio. This will include step by step instructions on building your wreath, teachings on plants and traditio along with suggestions for intentions, a guided grounding activity, and journalling prompts. You are free to leave when you are finished your wreath, but this is also an afternoon of slowing down and connecting)  + all supplies for making a beautiful wreath - hoop, wire, all greenery, pine cones, ribbon, decor items, herbs, some writing materials, and glue. Please feel free to bring and incorporate anything that would add meaning to your wreath

+ Handcrafted Horizon Herbal Tea and Homestead Bakery treats will be provided  

Please bring a journal, wire cutters, and gardening gloves. 

If you have a spare glue gun and scissors, it would be appreciated if you could bring along (glue will be supplied)
