sound + breath

sound + breath  -  an evening of crystal sound bath and guided breathwork can be a wonderful way to support relaxation, promote mindfulness, and reduce stress and tension in both the mind and body.

Chantelle, of King of Wands Wellness, will be leading us in guided meditation and  breathwork, specifically the Conscious Connected Breath, alongside Angela, of The Empathic Witch, who is a sound healer and provides vibrational healing through playing crystal sound bowls. Combining crystal sound bath and guided breathwork can be a powerful way to deepen the relaxation and meditative experience. The sound of the crystal bowls can help to soothe the mind and create a peaceful environment for the breathwork, while the guided breathwork can help participants to focus their attention on their body and deepen their state of relaxation.
