Winter Solstice marks the darkest time of the year, with the longest night and shortest day. Solstice is an opportunity to create a pause for deep, inner reflection and powerful healing.

In community and sacred circle, we will celebrate the return of the Sun - the light - in a soul expanding six-week workshop. While in the depth of winter, we will create the space for turning inwards, saying goodbye to the old, welcoming the new, and preparing ourselves for the season ahead.

I am honored to bring together a collective of wise humans to lead us on an immersive journey. Every Wednesday evening will have a new theme and facilitator. Over the course the sessions we will embody mind, body, and souls in safe space, moving us slowly into Solstice. There will be learning, healing, gentle movement, introspection with tarot, sound bath, working with our energy, circle, intentional ritual, breathwork and ceremony. Over the sessions you will enjoy offerings of food and drink, recieve a gift of tarot and ritual bath salts and more. We will end our workshop on the eve of Winter Solstice with a traditional dimly lit, nourishing feast.

Let us gather in the stillness of winter to honor and nourish ourselves in this season of slow…together we will be ready to move forward into the light.

  • Slow into Solstice

    This is a six-week cumulative workshop. The intention is to grow together with shared experiences over the course of sessions and to celebrate in a safe space of people we have come to know. Ticket price includes access to all six evenings and any offerings that comes with the individual session. This includes but is not limited to some food and drink nourishment, handouts, a tarot deck, bath ritual kit, and the final meal.
