Roots and Branches - Family Yoga

Join us for some movement and calm with our biweekly yoga journey! Unwind and bond with your loved ones at our FREE family yoga sessions, suitable for all all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome!

What to Expect:

Guided yoga sessions led by our talented local instructor, Brandy Sharma

Yoga Gear is available in limited quantities - please register if you require a mat. We will do our best to accomodate.

This program is made possible thanks to the generous sponsorship of FCSS. We are immensely grateful for their support in bringing this wellness opportunity to our community. With the wellness studio closing, we would also like to extend a thank you to the WA Day Elementary School for allowing us to use the gym! 

Our eight part series will occur approximately every two weeks with the exception of school breaks. Each session running from 6:00 pm until 7:00pm.

October | 16th + 23th

November | 6th + 20th

December 11th - last evening at the studio

December 18th - WA Day Elementary School

January | 15th + 29th - WA Day Elementary School

Families come in all sizes and shapes! This is a safe and inclusive space - everyone is welcome, even if you are coming solo! If you have a teen interested, teens aged 13 and up are welcome to be dropped off and participate.

You will need to register for the last studio evening December 11th. 

It is recommended to register for final three sessions at WA Day Elementary School if you require yoga gear as class size is opening up.
