RISE. The Spring Equinox will be upon us - a time of balance, wholeness, renewal and growth.

Gather in community for an immersive one-day healing retreat. Session leaders have been thoughtfully brought together to create a sacred space to embody yourself completely - mind, body and soul.  It will be a beautiful offering of modalities to create unique experiences and bring balance to your healing and personal growth journey. 

We are gathering in sacred connection, releasing all from this winter season that no longer serves us, and celebrating the awakening energy of Spring.  Through guidance and support, we will rise up together in this renewal- embodying our truest selves during powerful experiences and moments of reflection.

All sessions will be mindfully guided for participants at any stage in their self discovery and healing path.

Ticket price includes lunch and grazing board - please be sure to choose your lunch option by adding the corresponding "ticket" to your cart. There is the option of pre-ordering Wild Tea Kombucha. There is limited yoga gear bundles available to rent - you can add this to your cart when purchasing your ticket. Coffee + baking will be available for purchase on site. There will be a wellness market available for shopping during breaks. Please be sure to read all event policies before purchasing ticket. All preparation and required items to bring will be emailed out closer to the event. If you have any questions - please reach out.

  • Yoga Mat + Support Rental

    If you do not own or do not wish to bring in your own supplies, feel free to rent all the gear you need from King of Wands. This is includes a yoga mat, large bolster for under your knees, a filled neck support cushion, and a large blanket. Everything you will need to be comfortable throughout the day. All are Halfmoon products, beautifully made outside of Vancouver and excellent quality. There are 15 sets available to rent. Pick up and drop off conveniently at the registration table.
