nurturing roots -   a mother daughter bonding experience

The mother-daughter relationship is one of the most complex and significant bonds women can experience. Healing and pouring love into the mother-daughter relationship can be vital for personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Investing into this bond can help to release emotional baggage, foster self-awareness, and promote healing in all areas of life. By working through our shared experiences and emotions, we can create a deeper and more authentic connection with ourselves and our loved ones. This can lead to greater compassion, empathy, and understanding, allowing us to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.

The evening will be a gentle introduction to mother daughter journey of healing together.  Here you and your loved one can deepen your connection and cultivate a sense of shared understanding and appreciation. It will be an intimate and nurturing evening of relationship bonding between mothers and daughters.

We will begin creating a beautiful and meaningful bracelet to symbolize your unique bond and the healing that takes place within it. Shanna of Peaceful Purpose Gems will be joining us and guiding us with our special memento. Shanna will teach us the significance of several stones and beads and how to go about choosing the parts that will make up our bracelets. Shanna will be providing all the supplies and guiding and assisting in the creation.  We will then move into reflective conversations to explore our perspectives and experiences. This might sound uncomfortable because it may require some vulnerability, but it allows for deeper connections and will be done only within both of your comfort levels. We will finish our evening with a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session. By breathing intentionally and mindfully together, mothers and daughters can connect on a deeper level and release any pent-up emotions, ultimately fostering a deeper sense of understanding, empathy, and healing.

Come with an open heart and a willingness to connect deeply with your mother or daughter, and leave feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply connected.

To note: If you have beads or stones that are very important to you as you reflect on the mother-daughter connection, please feel free to bring that item if you would like it included.  If there is a particular color or birthstone that you would like to make sure will be available at the workshop
