Mama Magic will be a beautiful afternoon of connection between mothers and their children through the exploration of earth-based rituals and magic.Â
Through a series of engaging activities, participants will immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural world, from tranquil nature walks and working with the elements like water and fire. Guided by Chantelle, of The Nourished Woman, mothers and children will learn to cultivate mindfulness in nature and honor themselves and the earth through meaningful ritual and ceremony.
Mama's will have the opportunity to explore various ideas and resources for bringing the beauty of ritual into their homes. We'll delve into ways to infuse your family life with meaning and magic, discovering inspiration, guidance, and practical tools that will help you create sacred moments and deepen connections with your loved ones
With storytelling, art, and communal gatherings, Mama Magic offers families a space to celebrate their bond with each other and nature. By embracing the magic that surrounds them, mothers and children will leave this event with a renewed sense of awe and gratitude for the world in which they live, as well as practical tools to continue their journey of self love, connection and enchantment at home.Â

Guided Breathwork and Meditation
Ritual Creation

Free Play and Connection
Please bring:
Blankets or camping chairs to be comfy sitting in circle
A special token for each of you (stone, jewelry, stuffed animal, picture) to put in our ceremony circle
Water and any additional nourishment you or your child(ren) might need
If your child is prone to enjoying the dirt and water bring extra clothes

If the weather does not cooperate it will be rescheduled (you will be refunded if unable to attend new date)
*** a pop camping portable washroom or outhouse will be available.

Ages for children suggested are between 7-10 but you know your children.
