Gather + Breathe | KFFC Collab

Moms - we see you and we know how hard you’re working! In all the beauty and appreciation of motherhood, we know the mental and physical exhaustion that can come along with it.

Take a well-deserved break and join us for a free guided breathing session from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at King of Wands Wellness studio. This breathwork session is created to give you the time to let go of some of the stress and burdens of day-to-day life, deeply relax, and reset. The studio has everything you need to come into a cozy space, turn in, and breathe. It will also offer the opportunity to meet and connect with other mothers in our community.

There are two dates being offered. February 13th (rescheduled to March 6th) and 27th. Please be sure to register for the date(s) that work with your schedule.

Breathwork is from 7:00 pm until around 8:30 pm. Doors will be locked promptly at start time. 

Please bring water and you are encouraged to bring a journal. You will be laying down during breathwork - yoga mat, knee and neck bolster supports, and a blanket will be provided. If you feel like you need more support, please feel free to bring a thicker mat, blanket, pillows etc.
